Happy Monday everyone! Hope you are all doing okay and staying healthy wherever you are. It’s another week and that means time to create another menu. So let’s spend some time getting it done and take some stress off another busy week. Sounds good right?
Last week I had a big bowl of tomatoes to use up from our garden. So I decided to make a Roasted Tomato Basil Soup recipe from the Healthy Little Peach blog. I don’t normally love tomato soup but as it turns out I really loved this recipe. It was so good!
