Hi friends! Happy Monday to ya. Let’s get our menus done today so we can stress less! Unless you like stress, then don’t. But I try to avoid the stress if at all possible so I forced myself to get my menu done. I find it harder to do when the weather is nicer because I just want to sit out on my deck and read. But I’m excited because I scheduled in taco salad today which might just be my favorite dinner. I love it so much. And the homemade salsa is so good, I could just drink it. I don’t because that would be weird, but I totally could if nobody was watching, ha!
We are doing pretty good over here using up the old bananas. This is the Banana Bread recipe we’ve been using lately and my boys tell me it’s delicious.
However I see that the Chocolate Chip Walnut Banana Bread recipe I posted on my own site years ago is still pretty popular. Have you tried it? My family doesn’t like nuts in their banana bread, how about yours?
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Tuesday: BBQ Grilled Chicken served with Caesar Salad
Wednesday: Pork Chops (Schnitzel) served with rice and broccoli
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me Mini Pizza Bites
Saturday: Bacon Cheeseburgers
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
