One year ago today….
One year ago today I wrote my first blog post not really having a clue at what I was getting myself into or knowing how much I was going to get addicted to it! I just can’t believe it has been a year or that I’ve been able to blog about organizing for that length of time. You have no idea how many times I’ve said to my friends “that’s it, I’m done, I have nothing left to talk about!” LOL, and yet here I still am….I mean who knew I was that obsessed!! I so appreciate all the wonderful emails and comments I get telling me I am making a difference in your life. Wow! When I started out I wasn’t expecting that. I was expecting what I was use to….something along the lines of….”you’re a freak, get a life!”
You are what keep me going and as long as people are interested, I’ll keep plugging along. I love this community!
One year ago my first post read:
Okay so I’ve been told…I’m a freak….I LOVE to organize…it is my drug of choice what can I say. It’s what I do when I’m bored, mad, happy or sad. A day is not a day unless I’ve organized something…anything…I need it….I go mad searching, searching, anything, room, closet, cupboard, drawer, anything….I do my thing…empty…purge…containerize…assemble….only then when I see my finished work…I feel calm, I sigh and everything is right with the world….until I need my next fix of course and the cycle continues. Join me as I cronicle the life of an organizing JUNKIE!

Happy Blogiversary! I just had mine the other day, too! I just wandered over here today for the first time on Judy Laquidara’s suggestion. I think the menu planning Monday is a good idea. I sat down and planned for this week before I went shopping and I think I spent a lot less than I otherwise would have!
You have only been doing this for a year??!! Wow, you are good!! I love coming here and getting inspired to get moving and organizing. I was also an organizing junkie (freak) and then I had my second child. I’m not sure what he did to me but I need to get my organizing groove back in a big hurry!!!
Keep on blogging and I will keep on coming and reading (and eventually organizing!)

1st time commenting. I found your blog through a friend of mine who mentioned your Monday meal plans. I cooked the Pizza Pancakes that you posted a few weeks back and they were a big hit. My husband brought them to work the next day and the guys laughed at him. lol But as soon as he told them what it was they wanted the recipe. Thanks for all your advice and meal planning!

Been lurking for awhile, but this will be my motive for posting.
Just got back from vacation. Two weeks in a two-bedroom villa with NO clutter. It motivated me to come home and do something about THIS place! I loved the peace of not tripping over things and being emotionally fatigued from looking around at clutter! 🙂
