30 Day Organizational Challenge Winners!!!!!

After careful deliberation and prayer I am pleased to announce that we have selected the winners of the first ever 30 Day Organizational Challenge! It wasn’t easy by any means but we followed our established criteria and we felt that the ones we kept coming back to over and over were the ones that described how much they took away from the whole experience by developing skills that will continue for a lifetime.
I want to thank every participant for your dedication, hard work and most of all the vulnerability that you displayed by being so open and honest and in doing so becoming an inspiration to many! My friend Kim said it all when she left this comment on one of your blogs that I feel applies to everyone:

The biggest reward we can receive is the satisfaction and pride we feel in doing a great job with what God has graced us with. “He” is smiling……it doesn’t get any better than that.

Amen!

First place and the $100 prize goes to Proverbs31!
You really did out do yourself on this one and we were all very impressed. This was a huge transformation in every way. Your description was so wonderfully detailed that we really got a sense of this being a life changing experience for you and your family. You started with a written plan of attack and weren’t afraid to call in some reinforcements. You followed the PROCESS steps perfectly paying very close attention to the sorting, purging and containerizing steps while at the same time demonstrating that it isn’t always necessary to spend a lot of money. Well done!

Our 2nd place winner of $50.00 is Krissy from For the Fun of It!

Krissy your summary was fantastic and fun. We loved how you also worked your way through the PROCESS steps. Your creative use of space and containers (who would have thought of a slinky for a CD holder!) were very impressive and your design looks to be very functional and most importantly easy to maintain. Awesome!

Third place was a very difficult decision and the one that took us the longest to decide. You were all so deserving and each of you brought something unique and impressive to the table.

We finally selected Jennifer W. from The Wilson Six as our 3rd place $25.00 winner!

Great creativity Jennifer with your use of curtains, labels and a shoe rack for ribbon! You were able to create a beautiful, functional and professional space for your business. Wonderful transformation!

I also want to give an Honorable Mention to Katie from Boasting in my Weakness for her remarkable paper sort. Paperwork is one of the worst things to stay on top of and Katie had 10 years to work her way through. Amazing job!

The winner of the draw selected at random by my daughter for this and this is:

Novaks8 from Fireflies and Frogs!

Once again thanks to both Lara and Sarah for helping me with the judging and of course to Lifeorganizers.com for sponsoring the challenge!

  3. Congrats! It was a difficult decision. Even though I didn’t win any of the prizes, I know that I won, because I feel like I have taken care of a problem that I’ve dealt with many times over and over (because I’ve never really done it right).

    Thanks for all your encouragement.

I’ll be thinking of my next project, and perhaps tackle one or two small ones before that.
