Menu Plan Monday ~ Oct 21/13

MPM-Fall

Hi everyone, how are you all?  Did you enjoy your eats last week?  What was your favorite recipe?

Today I’ve got a fantastic menu planning resource to tell you about.  I found it over on the Home Made by Carmona blog.

She designed this menu planner to use with post it notes which I absolutely love.  This makes it super easy to move them around when you need or want to change your mind (it totally happens!).  Go over to her menu planner blog post for the free printables and to watch the video she created on how to use this particular system.  So great!

  1. Thanks for sharing my Corn Chowder recipe. I hope you like it. And that Brie that you’re going to make! Oh. My. Word. That looks amazing!

  2. Your menu looks great. I’m intrigued by the corn chowder recipe. I tried making one last winter and it wasn’t a hit with the boys. This recipe sounds different (and delicious!) enough that I might have to give corn chowder a second try. Thanks for hosting!

    1. Hi Jean, one trick I do is use a immersion blender in my soup when it’s finished to take all the chunks out which is what seems to bother my kids the most about soup. Does the trick!

  3. Looks like a yummy menu plan! I’m craving a tasty spaghetti meal, on the plan for tomorrow night. I’m totally struggling with cooking and menu planning so that’s what my post is about this week.

Off to check out the meal plans from everyone!
