Hi friends! Happy Monday to you and happy brand new month, yay! I hope you haven’t given up on menu planning yet and are giving it a chance this week. You don’t want to miss out on all the benefits of having your dinner organized each night. So many benefits, but most importantly naps! Using a slow cooker allows me to nap at that terrible time of day when I’d normally have to be cooking. I need a t-shirt that says I’d rather be napping than cooking. Yes please! Who’s with me?
My son made some delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies this past weekend. This is a really good recipe if you are looking for a new one. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I had to laugh at the my picture taking abilities though. I cut off my beautiful tulips. We can’t have that!
So here’s a picture of just my tulips to brighten up your day :). Gosh I love them! I have about 100 pictures on my camera of just this bunch of tulips alone. Oops.
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week for dinner.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Beef Meatloaf (family favorite) served with tossed salad
Tuesday: Perfectly Baked Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs served with rice and broccoli
Wednesday: Paleo Pot Roast served with potatoes and carrots
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me Mini Pizza Bites
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
