Hi friends! Some Monday’s are harder than others to plan a menu. I don’t know what it is. Some weeks I come up with the recipes no problem and other weeks I search for hours. So this week was a tough one but I finally got it done. Of course it didn’t help that I procrastinated part way through and created a new MPM banner. Clearly I was dreaming about pizza with loads of cheese which I can’t even have. Sigh. So after all that I think I came up with some delicious recipes for the week. I sure hope so!
Also if you didn’t get a chance to read all about my October favorites, I’d love if you went over and had a read of that post. I mean what’s not to love about a cute new Bamboozle kitchen counter composter. That’s exciting stuff y’all. Ha! :). But at least it’s not an eyesore like my last one was.
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Paleo Mac & Cheese
Tuesday: Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Wednesday: Crispy Chicken Tenders served with tossed salad
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Saturday: Creamy Ham & Potato Soup
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
