Hi lovely friends! We had a great weekend and I hope you did too. On Saturday I was able to go to a huge Farmer’s Market. It was so fun to walk around and look at all the booths of foods and crafts. I bought some farm fresh potatoes and dill. I also couldn’t resist this stunning bouquet of flowers. The lilies smell so good! They always remind me of my wedding flowers from our Hawaiian wedding 25 years ago.
The potatoes and dill made for a great side to our BBQ’d steak dinner on Sunday. Oh my, was it all so good. A great way to end the weekend that is for sure. I know it’s totally controversial but I love ketchup with my steak, yum!. And yes it’s a Paleo ketchup :). People usually tell me I’m crazy for it but it’s just something I’ve always enjoyed. How about you? I can’t be the only one!
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Big Mac Salad (no cheese for me)
Wednesday: Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
