Hi friends! How did you do last week with all that’s going on and getting meals on the table? We really tried to be good about using up all our leftovers. I’ve only been leaving my house at 7:00 Monday mornings to pick up the groceries we need for the week. The rest of the time I’m staying home with the occasional walk and drive around town.
Simple Ways to Stretch Your Meals:
My friend Jo-Anna over at the A Pretty Life blog shared a great blog post last week listing ways to stretch your meals. I think you’ll find all her ideas really helpful especially now when we can’t easily run to the store. Go check it out!
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Homemade Chicken Soup with 30 Minute Dinner Rolls and Paleo Dinner Rolls
Tuesday: Paleo Bacon Garlic Avocado Burgers
Wednesday: Sausages with Lemon Green Beans
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Mushroom Spinach Omelette
Saturday: Baked Salmon with Garlic and Dijon served with side salad
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Also hoping to try these Paleo Cinnamon Buns for a treat.
