Hi friends! Welcome back to another Monday and another week of getting dinner on the table day after day. I don’t know how people do it without menu planning. I hate to cook and hate wasting time doing all that work just to be done eating it in 10 minutes. Menu planning is what allows me to get in and out of the kitchen fast. Just the way I like it. Anyone else with me on this?
I finally got around to making the Paleo Onion Rings I told you about a couple of weeks ago. I was really craving onion rings and they hit the spot. Ate the entire onion on my own. Yes I sure did. These ones aren’t too bad for you though. And now I’ll be good for awhile before needing to make them again.
Here’s what I’ll be making for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Tuesday: Baked Honey Ginger Chicken served with rice and broccoli
Wednesday: Paleo Pot Roast
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Tortillas
Saturday: Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
