Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hey there! Happy Memorial Day to my American friends today. I hope you all have a lovely relaxing day today doing whatever it is you are doing. I’m guessing you won’t be sitting down to plan your menu today. That’s okay. Do it tomorrow instead. Just don’t not to it at all because you’ll regret it for sure. Push through and get it done and you’ll be so glad you did. Especially come 4:00 and the kids are melting down at your feet as you stare into the fridge waiting for something to jump out at you.
My son was in a soccer tournament all weekend so this momma is already pooped out before the week even begins. Uggg. All I want to do is sleep so quick and easy meals are a necessity for me.
I also wanted to let you know that there will be NO Menu Plan Monday posted next week. But no worries, I’ll be back to posting my menus the following week on June 3rd. Can you believe we are almost into June? Wow!

Wednesday: Paleo Deconstructed Burger Bowl
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Saturday: Italian Sausage Cauliflower Rice Skillet
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
