Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi everyone, happy start to a brand new week! I hope you had a nice relaxing weekend. It’s time to get ourselves ready for an organized week. The best way I know to do that is with a menu plan. Especially with my specific dietary needs. If you have to eat a certain diet or have allergies or want to lose weight, you have to plan ahead. It’s the best way to ensure success. It doesn’t have to be complicated or difficult at all. We all have good intentions about getting dinner on the table yet it can often be stressful and tiring. A menu plan changes all that. It’s a beautiful thing really 🙂
Last week’s recipe that my son made was another huge hit. He loved it and said it tasted spectacularly awesome. Haha! If you’ve got young kids you’ll want to bookmark the Easy Pizza Casserole recipe. I’m sure they’ll love it too!
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Best Sloppy Joe’s Ever
Tuesday: My son’s making Bean and Cheese Quesadillas and for me Bacon and Egg Cups
Wednesday: Paleo Honey Mustard Chicken and Avocado Salad
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Butternut Squash Soup
Saturday: Mongolian Beef served with rice and broccoli
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
