Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! Well as you can see from the title, Menu Plan Monday is going to be taking a bit of a break for the next five weeks. Between my birthday (June 24th), my daughter visiting, July 1st celebrations and summer holidays, my Sunday evenings (when I usually sit down to write this blog post) will see me busy spending time with friends and family. I can’t wait!
I’ll still be putting up regular organizing posts (when I can), just not my usual MPM posts. I think in the past 12 years I’ve only ever taken a one week break at a time, here and there, from sharing my weekly menu with you. But don’t worry, Menu Plan Monday will return on July 23rd. I hope you understand and of course all my past weekly menus are right HERE if you’d like to go back and borrow an old one to use with your family. I don’t mind at all 🙂
So this week we got our very first strawberry off our little strawberry plant. It was so juicy and delicious. My husband is the green thumb in our family but I help by eating the fruits of his labor. I’m nice like that. We only have a few strawberry plants though so I may only get one or two strawberries a week if I’m lucky haha.
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Tuesday: Grilled Pork Chops with Basil-Garlic Rub served with baked potatoes and corn on the cob
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Pizza Crust
Saturday: Paleo Chicken Pot Pie Soup
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
