Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! It’s a happy day for many of us Canadians as today is considered a stat holiday and an extra day off. The weather is even cooperating which is pretty amazing as well. This is where I’m spending a lot of my time curled right up all nice and relaxed. Ahhh so very much needed.
I wrote about how I created this deck oasis last year on the blog. Find it HERE. I love how the added shower curtains provide some shade to the space.
Wherever you live I hope you all had a nice weekend and that the week ahead is one of less stress and chaos for you.
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week. Breaking out the slow again!
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: BLT Quesadillas (I’ll have mine in salad form)
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Honey Back Back Ribs served with rice and broccoli
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Italian Chicken & Potatoes served with carrots
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Cauliflower Rice Bowls with Shrimp
Saturday: Slow Cooker Pork and Pineapple Lettuce Wraps
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
