Hi friends! Happy new week to you, it’s that time again to get those menus planned. I have company coming into town for my middle son’s graduation so a menu plan is especially important for me to have this week. It will allow me to stay organized and still have plenty of time to spend with my guests.
Birthday Girl:
This past weekend I celebrated my birthday and had a great time. It was pretty low key but still fun hanging out with family and friends. And of course on every birthday I have to break out the silly birthday hat and special birthday plate 🙂
Recipe Highlight:
If you missed the Cherry Pineapple Green Smoothie recipe I shared last week, be sure to go check it out. So yummy!!
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Dinner out
Tuesday: Pizza Party Tuesday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Vegetable Frittata
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Shredded Hawaiian Chicken served on buns or lettuce wraps
Thursday: Paleo Taco Salad – everyone makes their own
Friday: Grad night! – easy appetizer dinner as we’ll be getting home late
Saturday: Grad/Canada Day Party ~ we’ll be having Steak and Pineapple Kebabs, salads, watermelon and these super fun Canadian inspired dessert kebabs.
Sunday: Leftover buffet
Have a wonderful week everyone!!
