Hi everyone! Happy long weekend to you. I took advantage of the chilly weather and decorated the house a little bit for fall. I still have to go through my closet and switch out my clothes for the new season. Maybe I’ll get some time to do that today. Exciting right? Haha. I’m also re-watching the last season of Gilmore Girls in preparation for the new shows coming out in November. Squeal, I can hardly wait!

As I was going through my Facebook feed yesterday I found a great roundup post over at NewLeaf Wellness of 12 Healthy Crockpot Freezer Meals to Make in September.
I added two of the recipes to my menu plan this week so I thought I’d share it with you too in case you need some dinner ideas. The post includes free printable recipes and a full grocery list. I love using my slow cooker!
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: BLT Quesadillas (bacon lettuce wraps for me)
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies (using coconut aminos instead of soy sauce)
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Sunday: Church potluck ~ All Meat Veggie Chili
