Hi everyone! We celebrated a nice quiet Thanksgiving yesterday. Our dinner was so delicious, I was happy I had on my stretchy pants! My husband cooked up a 17 pound farm fresh turkey for just the 4 of us so we had a ton of leftovers, some for the next couple of days and some for the freezer for future dinners. Recipe links HERE.
The Cran-Apple Gingerbread Crumble dessert was yummy and it was nice to have a safe treat to eat while the others enjoyed the cherry cheesecake I made for them.
Due to Monday being a holiday here in Canada, I’m keeping this short and sweet so I can spend more time with my family. Have a super weekend y’all, now go plan your menu and be organized!! 🙂
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Thanksgiving leftover buffet
Tuesday: Cheesy Turkey Ranch Quesadillas and for me scrambled eggs with diced turkey and tomato
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Butternut Squash Soup (using homemade turkey stock)
Thursday: Perfectly Moist Pork Loin served with broccoli
Saturday: Simple Homemade Hamburger Patties
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
