Hi friends!  It’s another week and it’s time to get organized!  Planning a weekly menu is one of the best ways to do that so let’s get to it!  If you are struggling to make it work I’ve rounded up two great posts to help you.

6 Tips for Sticking to Your Menu Plan

Super Simple Menu Planning That Really Works

Avoid the 4:00 pm witching hour by knowing in advance what you’ll be making for dinner that night.  Choose simple quick to make recipes and get everyone pitching in to help you in the kitchen.  Have a great stress-free week y’all!!

My Weekly Menu Plan:

Monday:  Breakfast Egg Wrap with Bacon, Mushrooms and Tomatoes (just the insides for me)

Tuesday: One Pan Roasted Chicken with Fall Vegetables

Wednesday:  Herb Roasted Pork Loin served with sweet potatoes and broccoli

Thursday: Leftover buffet

Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night! and for me Baked Salmon with Garlic and Dijon

Saturday:  Smoked Sausage and Zucchini Skillet

Sunday: Church Potluck – Easy Pull Apart Pizza Bread and for dinner – YOYO (you’re on your own!)
