Hello! Happy Friday! It’s going to be a beautiful sunny weekend herer and that makes me so very happy, whoot! One of my favorite things to do on bright sunny days is drive around in my mini-van (I’m cool like that!) with my music blasting and a diet coke from McDonalds in my hand. Except now I no longer drink diet coke so I’m going to have to come up with a sugar free refreshing ice-cold alternative that feels just as much like a treat. I really like the small ice that McDonalds uses so right now I’m on the hunt for mini ice cube trays so I can fill up my new Starbucks to go glass with ice and water and adding to that some drops of lemon essential oil. Yum, that should do the trick!
So is everyone doing some spring purging lately? I go to the thrift store every week with a drop off load. For those that are new here, I keep a donation station in my linen closet and fill it up all week long (so do the kids!) and drop whatever I have off every Wednesday. I post my weekly pictures on Instagram but in case you don’t follow me there, here’s my two loads from the past two weeks.
I promise it’s not the same black bag lol.
I want to see you all doing the same! No excuses, don’t wait until it’s all too much and overwhelming. Do a little bit every day and let your house breathe!

I intend to tackle a box from when I left my last job a year ago 🙂

I like unsweetened iced tea. It was available abundantly when I was at the NAPO Conference in Arizona last year; I don’t know why we can’t get it here in Canada (unless we make it from scratch).
Thank you for linking to the Professional Organizers Blog Carnival – you rock!

It’s especially good if you use a nice herbal tea.

Thanks for the fave mention Laura! I am always inspired by your purging pictures. I am constantly filling bags myself as it feels so good to keep the clutter at bay! Have a great weekend. 🙂
