Aloha! We are home from Hawaii and still trying to catch up on all the things. My parents leave on Sunday and then it will be all about getting my three kids ready for back to school, which in my part of Alberta, Canada happens September 3rd.
We had an amazing trip (I’ll do a separate post on that) but it’s always nice to come home again for sure.
I’ve got some more great links to share with you today plus a couple of my favorite things at the end 🙂
Enjoy!

What I’m Loving:
Just before holidays I found out that my favorite Canadian magazine, Canadian Living, featured me as their Blogger of the Month for September. Wow what an honor! I found the issue while waiting in the Vancouver airport for our flight out to Maui. Thanks to Canadian Living for making this Canadian girl so very happy!
Next I’m featuring Oreo cookies, oh yes I am!
(US Oreos on the left and Canadian ones on the right)
While in the US I picked up some Oreo cookies to bring home so my family could do an official taste test. We’ve heard for years that Canadian Oreos are so much better so I wanted to see if my family agreed. I did a blind taste test with my family, not telling them which was which and they all picked the Canadian Oreos! And the ones I fed them from Canada were the reduced fat Oreos and they STILL chose them over the US ones. Go figure. The consensus seems to be that the Canadian ones are a crisper cookie with a more delicious creamier inside. So there you go 🙂
Have a great weekend everyone! Are you planning on doing any organizing?
