Back to School Organizing Tips, Drawer Organization, Pantry Makeover + more!

Hi friends, so nice to see you all here as we head into a nice long weekend, whoot!  School starts on Tuesday for us and I’ve been on an organizing whirlwind.  So much so that I keep forgetting to stop to document it all for you.  It’s just nice to be getting it done.  The start of a new school year feels more like the beginning of a new year to me than January 1st does so it’s important to me to start it off as organized as I can.  I’ve gone through all the kids clothes and their rooms as well for that matter.  We’ve organized school supplies and rearranged some furniture.  It feels good, really good.  I love the high that comes with an organized house and everything in its place.  Yep I’m an Organizing Junkie!  Welcome to crazy town 🙂

What I’m Loving on This Week:

I didn’t drink coffee for the first 40 years of my life.  Then one day I tried a Starbucks Frappuccino and fell in love.  What I didn’t love was the price tag so I set about to create my own.  My version of a skinny frap is something I look forward to having all day.  I’m hoping to post the recipe for you next week some time.  Delicious!

As for a favorite organizing product, this week I just have to tell you how much I adore my mini “shoe pocket” organizer for my office supplies that hangs inside my office armoire.  Seriously love all the pockets and how cute it is.  It packs an organizational punch that is for sure.  If you lack drawer space, this might be a perfect alternative for you.  You can find it HERE on Amazon (affiliate link).

  1. I clicked the link to see the over-the-door organizer for school supplies and it is no longer available. Will this become available again by chance? Love this idea!
