Neat Roll ~ Product Review & Giveaway! (closed)

This giveaway is now closed. The winner is #32 Nadine!!

I just discovered a great new product, it’s not even my shop yet but I couldn’t wait to tell you about it.  It’s called Neat Roll and it’s the perfect solution for those unraveling rolls of gift wrap.  I showed you a couple of weeks ago how I store and organize my rolls of gift wrap in my gift wrap center but what I didn’t tell you was how frustrated I get when those rolls of gift wrap won’t stay closed.  I’ve tried to use elastic bands but I found that they were hard to get on and off and often ripped the paper.

Let me introduce you to the Neat Roll, the INSTANT roll fastener.  Here’s a little video I did to show you how it works:

If you can’t see the video, click here.

So quick and easy to “slap” on and it keeps it totally secure without damaging the roll of paper.  Use them over and over gain.  So great!

Available for purchase at neatroll.com.  You can also find Neat Roll on Facebook.

Giveaway:

Jess at Neat Roll is giving away to one lucky entrant 6 packages of 3 Neat Rolls.  Use them all for yourself or share them with a friend!  All you have to do to enter is simply leave a comment on this post prior to December 28 at 4:00 pm PST.  Open to everyone and winner will be selected at random.

Good luck everyone!

  1. it looks like the slap bracelet that kids play with. that’s a useful idea for keeping wrapping paper organized.

  2. I just used tape to keep mine together but I know that I’m going to end up with ripped paper next time I need to use it!

  3. That does look Ike a cool product, but probably nothing that I would every pay for myself when something else can be repurposed for free. This year my mom said she wanted me to use up her old wrapping paper she was bored of before I went and bought any myself. I went into her stash and found the rolls perfectly neat, each having a single pipe cleaner wrapped around it and twisted closed. I was amazed at her perfect solution, the wire holds it in place, but the fuzziness makes it slip right off the end of the roll without tearing the paper. Then it is super easy to unwind and wrap around the paper roll again when you are done with it. I made sure to mentally log that one away when I have a wrapping paper stash of my own!

  4. I have been using toilet paper rolls for years. Just cut a slit all the way across and enclose around the wrapping paper roll. Works pretty good and free!

  5. I HAVE to try these. They look so cool! I have tried, elastic bands, paper clips and string but none of them work very well. I think these are just what I’ve been needing! Thanks for the opportunity to get some for free.

  6. How “neat”! That’s a better solution than tape or rubber bands! 🙂 Thanks for the giveaway, and Merry Christmas, Laura!

  7. How neat! ha, ha. Someone got tired of stepping on the edge of their child’s slap wrist bracelet. I love this kind of entrepreneurship. I wish them well in their success and would love to win a few.

  8. Brilliant idea!!! I was just complaining about the problem of wrapping paper not staying put when trying to store it. I will certainly have to buy these….if I don’t win. 🙂

  9. Love it! I totally copied your wrapping paper organization (although I can’t figure out which clips you used to hold the apron up, and my vertical oranizer has no such “shelf” in the top, but still.), and this would be a great addiion!

  10. I was just wishing there was something for wrapping paper rolls as I saw all the ripped edges in the wrap bin after my kids were done with it. Would love these!

  11. so you could just buy some slap bracelets and use it for the same purpose. probably cheaper too! Of course I haven’t bought wrapping paper in 5 years either.

  12. How neat! That’s one problem I haven’t solved.I use scraps of paper to wrap around the roll and then tape but it’s just a one use things. These would definitely be neater and a time saver!

  13. Looks so much better than the toilet paper rolls I’ve been trying out – they aren’t working so well though.

  14. What a “Neat” product! Can’t wait to get some for my wrapping station. I’ve been trying to get it organized and these will work perfectly for those paper rolls. Also plane t use some for my grandkids art work.

  15. I remember these as bracelets from when I was young. Such a great idea to use the concept for wrapping paper. I’d love to try it.

  16. I’ve been using rubber bands – but these sound like a major improvement – I’d love to give them a try!
