Mail Organizer Blackboard Giveaway!

I’ve got a great giveaway for you today!  As you know I’m a big believer in everyone having some type of command center in their home to help family members all be on the same page with what’s going on.  For more information on command centers, please visit this post and this post.

If you need some help getting started or you want to add to your existing command center, then today’s giveaway is for you!

This simple sturdy wooden board with deep pockets to hold plenty of mail and multiple hooks for keys was created by Professional Organizer, Chris Fairchild. The entire board and pockets are painted in chalkboard paint, so that you can customize it. This mail station (as seen above) comes with 2 double key hooks, 1 large pocket and 1 mail pocket.  It also comes ready to hang with 2 mirror hangers in the upper corners. When hanging the mail station, be sure to find wall studs or use appropriate anchors.

Mail station measures: 24″x36″
Large pocket: 11″x8″x3″
Mail pocket: 11″x3″x3″

Chris decided to design and build this mail organizing system because, while helping people get organized, he realized that the typical mail holders are insufficient for holding a lot of mail and keeping it in one place (somewhere other than the kitchen counter and dining room table). It’s one thing to have an in-box for today’s mail, but then what?

This mail organizer has plenty of space for bills, magazines, catalogs and other important mail that we don’t have time to deal with now, but it needs a safe place to reside. The pockets are 3″ deep so it holds a lot. The edges are all routered to be rounded and smooth.

The entire unit (including the pockets) is painted with chalk board paint so it’s totally customizable. You can label the pockets and also have plenty of space to write notes on the board: to do lists, menus, schedules. It can be fun because everyone can write notes, doodle and make jokes… making it very personal to your household.

Isn’t it awesome?  Be sure to check out his Etsy Shop as well to see all his different sizes and designs.  He’s got many styles to choose from.

And guess what?  One of you is going to win a Mail Organizer Blackboard like you see in the pictures on this post, a value of $150.00!!

  10. I’m desperate – DESPERATE I tell you – to get my space organized! We just downsized to a home that’s less than half of where we were, and I’m so surrounded by boxes and bags, trash and dirty clothes, that I’m about to call Hoarders! This would be an awesome spark to get me motivated and inspired to make some changes to this overwhelmed mom’s overwhelming clutter! Thanks for the opportunity!

  11. I have just started trying to re-organize my home after a lengthy illness where my house became a total disaster area because I live with 4 males, 3 of which are under the age of 25.
