With all this talk about my organized closet I thought you might be interested in a little help with organizing your own closet.

I am in desperate need of help in organization, but really need help in the walk-in closet that I share with my husband. This is the first time I have had to share with him, and it is a mess. I could send you pictures that would make you tremble and quake, but I would LOVE to follow up with pictures that make you smile. Just how to get there, is my dilemma. We recently moved and I love my master bedroom closet – it’s huge! But it doubles as craft storage, linen storage, bookshelves full of books storage and of course, clothes & shoe storage! The closet has really tall ceilings (we live in a 1 story) so I’ve tried to utilize at much space as possible but it still looks messy & unorganized – help!

We are military and are on the move. It is hard to get and keep organized. When my husband returns from Egypt in March, we move right away. Busy and inconvenient but, satisfying!

I would love to win this….we have a whole room 9×9 that is our closet as our house doesn’t have any closets….clothes, shoes, boxes, etc all in there! What a MESS!
This would be perfect for me right now. Just over the weekend I purged all items that no longer fit and I did not like. Most of my clothes are now gone, but I do what to organize what is left and also add some needed storage!

We have lived in our house for 3 years and I am still struggling with my closet organization. This would be a great fall pick me up!
Every closet in our house needs to be overhauled: our closet, our 3 kids’ closet, toy/movie/book closet, shoe/whatever closet, storage closet, and linen closet. Plus, they are sliding door closets, most of the closets out there are regular doors and/or walk-ins. We’re not that cool!

This makes my heart beat faster just thinking of it. I’m okay with my part of our closet. Hubby’s drives me nuts though. Our two little boys share a room and thus a closet. I’m completely lost on how to organize theirs!

Oh I so need this! We have a walk-in closet (it’s a nice problem, I’m not gonna lie) but it’s basically a complete waste of space right now. Piles & piles of things I just don’t know how to organize. While my closet isn’t so bad — it’s half empty now, actually, since my partner left suddenly last week with all his things — I have a friend who could use major help.
My closet is in need of a major re-organization! Okay, several closets need help. The bedroom is functional, but I don’t have to share it. However, the linen closet is a disaster! It doubles as a bathroom cabinet (since the bathroom has no storage) and I have trouble keeping everything together and looking neat.

I would LOVE an organized closet. About a year ago I bought these organizers that are supposed to hang on existing rod but they do not fit. I’ve yet to try and find a solution to that. It was really annoying too because I took out all the clothes. But it forced me to purge ton of clothes though! 🙂 But it could still use some organization to create even more storage space. 🙂

My house is 150+ years old–closets were an afterthought–and not thought out well at all! Could definitely use help…
I’d love win, especially if the course doesn’t involve spending a lot of money on bins,baskets, shelving, etc. we have some basic closet maid shelving, in a sort of trapazoid shaped walk in closet, and I can never get it to be completely organized.

I so need to win this. My husband and I share a nice sized closet but it is fitted poorly. He is willing to refit the rods and add shelves (there are none!) if we just know what to do. I have no place for shoes and boots(we have lots of boots) and I can’t reach the top rods. I live in a really tiny apartment and could use all the help I can get.
Our child is only 4 months so she is in our tiny room. I had to move my dresser out of our room so our closet now is a disater and I keep trying to make it look nice but to no avail.

My husband and I just moved to our apartment after: 8 months of living with my in-laws, 6 months of living apart (he was in Boston, I was in Phoenix) and 6 months of living apart (we went through a separation). Now, we are starting our new life together, part II. We have been married for 5 years but this move feels like if we were newly weds. We are in love, happy and excited about the future.
