Welcome to my Fall Y’all Bloggy Giveaway AND my brand new redesigned site!! I’m so excited to show it off, please take a look around and let me know what you think! My wonderful blog designer is Shaz from Swank Web Style!!
I had a heck of a time trying to decide what to give away this time considering I wanted it to have something to do with organizing (imagine!) and I’d set the bar pretty high for myself last time. I think you’ll be pretty happy with what I’ve come up with!
It has been made pretty clear to me over the last year that many people are buried in paperwork and struggling to maintain some order in this area. Well today’s giveaway will certainly help alleviate that burden for one lucky winner!
The nice folks over at NeatReceipts have kindly donated one NeatReceipts Scanalizer to me to giveaway to one of YOU valued at just over $200.00!!
If you’ve never heard of NEAT Receipts you are in for a treat. I have a question anyways, if you have the time. Just how long are you supposed to keep your receipts? Is it up to each person? I under the impression that they should be filed with the bank statement they appear on and then saved for seven years.

Oh, good grief! They made this product with ME in mind! LOL I have FIVE (yes, FIVE!) collapsible accordion files in the basement with every. single. receipt. from the last five years. *sigh* I SOOOOO need this!

My boss has one of these. She has me scan in her receipts. It has really come in handy for doing her taxes and figuring out milage & gas that she can deduct for buisness expenses. I really want to get one! My husband & I have started an actual budget…he is the excel KING, but he is getting delpoyed and I get to do this all by myself, so this would be a great way to store all those receipts (and not lose, oh..um.. I mean misplace them) until I can find time to plug it all in (you know at midnight when the kids are finally asleep and the dishes are done HA) this gaget is so handy & small I can just throw it in my purse and as soon as I am done shopping or gasing up I scan in the receipt then & there~thanks for the opportunity to win!

I told him about this an he said he’d actually use it if we could afford to have one.
