Praise God from whom all blessings flow…..
I am overwhelmed and amazed at the love I witness here in blogland. Everyday I see examples of people supporting, encouraging and praying for each other……people that don’t even know each other reaching out to help one another, time and time again….it really is awesome. My life has certainly been blessed just being able to be connected in some small way to such a truly inspiring and selfless community. You are an extraordinary group of women!
Tomorrow we have the opportunity to help out Kelly. I don’t know Kelly but I’ve “met” her through Boomama and then recently from reading her blog. Kelly desperately needs a kidney transplant but without medical insurance this possibility of extended life might not become a reality. Boomama has set up a way where we can help and you can find all the details here.
Also a couple of weeks ago I asked for prayer for my friend Annie and her husband Ron who are going through a difficult time of their own with cancer. You can read my first post here. Annie has started a blog writing about this unexpected journey that she is now on and it is mind blowing how one can even find the blessings in such an experience, but she does as she hangs onto God with all her might. Please, if you will, continue to keep them in your prayers. Thank you.

I realized the support of the blog community when my husband was seriously ill last summer.
I will pray for Annie, Kelly and their family and friends.
Thank you so much for posting this link…I am more grateful than you know. And I am praying for “exceedingly and abundantly more than we can ask or imagine” – in terms of prayers AND financial support. Thanks for being a part of that!
Good friends can help you get through anything. We will definitely keep Kelly in our prayers and now I am off to visit her site …
We’re definitely keeping Kelli in our prayers.
We will also be praying for Kelli, in the past couple of weeks since I have joined this community I have seen such an outpouring of love and support for someone who most have probably never met in person. Isn’t it amazing how God can use blogs to accomplish His plan? And thanks to everyone who is praying for my dad, hopefully we will know more tomorrow.
I will always thank the Lord for the friends I have made because of blogging. One friend specifically (you know who you are!) has blessed me so much and we met because of a blog! I will pray for those women you named.
I agree…I love the friends I have made and the compassion that is shown! What a special thing to do for Kelli…I pray our small gifts can give comfort and support to her.
I will pray for your friend.
Kim
The support, friendship, and encouragement found through blogging has awed and amazed me more than once. It is truly an amazing thing!!
