Menu Plan Monday – Nov 6th
Hello! Another week is upon us. My kids had a great time playing in the snow this weekend as we got quite a bit of it! Well I’m sure it will be no surprise to you that my menu this week consists of two crockpot meals….I usually do two or three crockpot meals a week. It just is so much easier for me to throw together supper in the morning than in the afternoon with the afterschool rush. So here goes:
Monday: Crockpot honey mustard ham served with perogies and green beans with red peppers
Tuesday: Whole chicken in the crockpot served with mashed potatoes and broccoli
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Fiesta Meatloaf served with rice and carrots
Friday: Homemade pizza
Have you considered joining the 30 day organizational challenge?

That fiesta meatloaf looks really good!
Oooh – pierogies! Yum! I’m gonna have to get me some of them! 🙂 I haven’t had them in ages! Thanks again for organizing us all – have a great week!
I have never had pierogies but I’ve heard they are very good! Thanks for sharing your menus and for thanks too for the Organization Challenge. I’m going to pick my room tomorrow…
Your menu looks so yummy, I have posted mine too! Going to look into the 30 day challenge now, I sure could use it! 🙂
all of your recipes look yummy laura. I wish we were closer 🙂
We’re going to participate in the 30 day challenge too..
I agree with Gail, the fiesta meatloaf looks good. I’m keeping this in mind for next week’s menu…This week I’m trying the Hearty Hashbrown Dinner you posted last week. Thanks for sharing.
Hey, I don’t have a menu plan now, but I’ll work on something today. Maybe won’t post it, but I’ll work on it. 😉
Your menu sounds very yummy!
We WISH we had snow here! *smile*
Your week sounds really yummy, want a house guest this week! *wink*
Have a great Monday!
The menu sounds great for this week. Thanks for visiting my site and I hope you have a great week!
It must be Pierogi week! What kind of pizza does your family like?
Margaret, my hubbie and I like the pesto/chicken pizza but my daughter likes good old fashion pepperoni and cheese so we’ll probably do that. We often make the dough in the bread machine or if I’m rushed I’ll just buy the crust from the grocery store.
Thanks for all your comments everyone! Laura
Your menus sound great, Laura. I especially like the sound of the crockpot honey mustard ham. I almost never cook a ham. But it does sound good, and what a great idea to serve it with pierogies!
I printed out the Fiesta Meatloaf and plan on using it this week, too! THANKS!
Oooh fiesta meatloaf, yummm and Pierogies…you’re killing me Laura LOL
Oh and thank you for letting me know about the link chance for the “30 Organization Challenge”, I’m going to go change it right now 🙂
Hugs,
Sandra

Hi Laura!
I saved the recipes for the ham and the meatloaf! I love this meme, it has my favorite recipe folder on my computer bulging at the seams!
I am joining in the 30 days of organizing — and even took my before pictures! Daisy Girl and I are both sick today, so the actual post and link will be added soon! Hopefully tomorrow.

Sounds great. I am going to try the crockpot ham tomorrow. It sounded so good, I went out and bought a HAM!!! Jennifer
mine is done. I’m looking forward to doing this regularly and getting ideas from others.
thx for putting fun in such a dull task. ;D
I love just reading your plan. I do plan (loosely) for the week, but I need to be better about really carrying it out.
I did buy stuff to make the hamburger hash brown one that your daughter likes, so that one is coming up.
I’m going to have to try that fiesta meatloaf…now that sounds yummy!
