Hi friends! Whew what a week it’s been around here! I am absolutely pooped out. Between entertaining my in-laws, my birthday and then graduation celebrations I am ready to sleep for a week to recuperate! It was such a great time though and it’s still hard for me to believe I’m old enough to have a graduated daughter. Say what?? She looked so pretty in her Elsa inspired dress from the Disney prom collection. She said I could share a picture as long as I didn’t show her face :)
Iced Tea Recipe:
Earlier this week I shared the recipe I’ve been using to make Cold-Brewed Iced Tea sweetened without refined sugar. I’ve since made it with Lipton Summer Fruits Herbal Tea and it was so yummy!!
My daughter made these delicious S’mores Cupcakes for my guests on my birthday. Everyone raved about how delicious they were.

Monday: Dinner out
Tuesday: Paleo Tacos on lettuce wraps
Wednesday: Canada Day! Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad (just chicken and veggies for me)
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Saturday: Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken Wings served with spinach salad
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
