Menu Plan Monday ~ March 30/15

Menu Plan Monday for the week of March 30/15

Hi friends, thank you so much for all your get well wishes on last week’s Menu Plan Monday post.  You are all so sweet.  I’m not going to lie, it was a rough week.  I was in bed for four days straight with a terrible flu.  At the same time, my husband also had it as well as my middle son.  Seriously brutal but we are now on the other side thankfully.  I’m ready to put last week behind us and get on to a brand new healthy week.  It’s going to be an exciting one because myself and my two boys are off to Ontario to visit my family!!  My sister and parents share a home and last year they moved into a much larger three floor space.  My sister says she saved some spaces for me to help organize and I can hardly wait 🙂
