Menu Plan Monday for the week of June 2/14

Hi folks, welcome to Menu Plan Monday!  Thanks for joining me here.  Whether you are new to menu planning or a seasoned professional, everyone is welcome to participate.  I love that we can all share our recipes and planning tips to make life a little easier for all of us.  Menu planning doesn’t have to be complicated and if it is for you then you might need to go back to the basics.  Pick simple, quick and easy recipes to prepare so you can get healthy food on the table fast for your family.  It can be done.  No fuss, no muss.  Seriously menu planning is the best!!

My Weekly Menu Plan:

Monday:  Cheesy Grilled Pizza Sandwich

Tuesday:  Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

Wednesday:  Barbecue Ribs in the Crockpot

Thursday:  Leftover buffet

Friday:  Lime and Pineapple Chicken Burger served with tossed salad

Saturday:  Crockpot Sausage Penne Bake with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Spinach

Sunday:  YOYO (you’re on your own!)

    1. Hi Heather, this particular crock pot rib recipe is new to me but I’ve done ribs in the slow cooker many times and they are super delicious. You’ve got to try it 🙂
