Menu Plan Monday ~ April 7/14

MPM-Spring
Hi everyone!  Hope you are all doing well.  This week is an exciting one for me as my daughter turns 17!!!  She is such an amazing girl and I want her to have a wonderful day.  I’ll be making her a special dinner that she has been talking about for weeks.  I hope I don’t disappoint!

Recipe Highlights:

This past Saturday we held a baby shower brunch for a sweet friend and her new baby girl.  I made this Gluten Free Blueberry Breakfast Cake and it was just awesome.  I will definitely be making it again.  Not to sweet and the added lemon zest adds such a nice touch.

Another one of the girls brought these super cute yogurt granola parfaits.  I thought this was a such a fun idea without a lot of work.

Finally I wanted to tell you that we really enjoyed the Cranberry Pineapple Pork Chops recipe.  It’s another keeper.

  2. Happy birthday to your daughter! My daughter doesn’t like cake, so we always have pie. I’ll have to suggest cheesecake to her next year though.
