Menu Plan Monday ~ Nov 10th

Hi my name is Tara and I am the Org Junkie’s little sister. While I am sitting here posting this, Laura is just laying around, enjoying her vacation. Since my sister is here visiting us, we thought that it was only proper that we post our menu for the week.

We will be extremely busy in the coming week, there are still a few stores that Laura has not yet visited. I am sure that by the end of her visit that I will be completely shopped out and that I won’t be able to enter another store until her next visit.

My husband is a chef at the Fairmont Royal York and Laura has requested that he cook her a fancy dinner tomorrow night. With that said here is our weekly menu plan.

Monday - Caramelized apple and thyme stuffed roast of pork, with garlic chive mashed potatoes and seasoned pan jus; accompanied with grilled asparagus tips

Tuesday - Barbecued chicken, baked potatoes and squash

Wednesday - 10 minute fettuccini

Thursday - (My Birthday!! YAY!!) Ham, roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli

Friday - Soup and Grilled cheese

I hope everyone has a great week, I know that I will. I will be spending the week with my older sister and that is always a good time. I am sure that you all know by now that she is a little crazy.

WHAT’S ON YOUR MENU?

Oops! My auto-thingy used an old title for my blog and filled it in as Sea Veg GF Book of Yum w/ risotto recipes at #10. Could you delete it for me? I re-did it as #13 correctly. Thanks so much and sorry for the mistake!

So glad you are carrying on with Menu plan Monday- Hi Org Junkie little sister!!!!

Wish I had a chef in the family! No - strike that - I do too bad with mediocre food - no telling what I would look like eating that good all the time! :)
