Hi friends! I hope you are all doing well and enjoying some beautiful summery days. Before I forget, please note that there will be NO Menu Plan Monday posted next week.
Recipe Highlight:
Summer is the perfect time to enjoy some delicious new salad recipes and this one for Pineapple Cucumber Salad was so yummy. I was looking for something different and refreshing and this recipe hit the mark. Essentially four ingredients and the flavors are so good together. Definitely give this one a try! Hopefully I’ll find many more fun salad recipes to try out this summer.
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Crispy Baked Chicken Wings served with garden salad
Tuesday: Sheet Pan Green Beans and Sausage Dinner
Wednesday: Grilled Pork Chops & Peaches
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me Cassava Flour Pizza Crust
Saturday: Zucchini Pasta with Lemon Garlic Shrimp
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
