Hi friends! It’s a long weekend here in Canada so I’m keeping this short and sweet today. Yesterday we spent the entire day working on the yard and in the garden. The weather was gorgeous and it just made me so happy. Today we are expecting rain but that’s okay because my only plan involves a whole lot of reading and relaxing.

Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Healthy Burger Bowls
Tuesday: Hawaiian Chicken Wings served with tossed salad
Wednesday: Easy Grilled Chicken Tacos
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Saturday: Whole 30 Mediterranean Frittata
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
