Hi friends! Last week my husband and I celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary. And by celebrated I mean we spent all of half and hour together, ha! My husband ended up having to work late that night unfortunately so my son (15) decided to make me dinner. He made me a delicious omelette with tomato, bacon and vegan cheese. It was delicious! I can’t make an omelette myself so this was definitely a treat for me. My son learns these things from his Dad, not from me :).
I hope you all had a terrific week and are looking forward to the week ahead. Take some time to plan a few meals and get the groceries you need. You’ll be less likely to reach for frozen processed foods or take-out that way. You’ll eat healthier, you’ll save money and as well save your sanity when 4:00 hits and you don’t have to sweat about dinner. Menu planning is awesome!

My Weekly Menu Plan:
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Wednesday: Creamy Bacon Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me Chicken Pesto Paleo Pizza
Saturday: Healthy Sesame Chicken Chopped Salad
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
