Hi menu planning friends! Welcome back. Last week we celebrated spring’s arrival and I couldn’t be happier. Our snow is melting fast and I can’t wait to set up my cozy deck oasis. Might be awhile yet before I take naps out there though, ha!

Recipe Highlight:

Okay so last week’s favorite recipe goes to the Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs. Super easy and super delicious. I didn’t even skip the step that required me to pan sear the chicken first. Who even am I? But it was definitely worth the extra step in this case. However I did leave out the butternut squash instead because that just seemed like too much work :). I especially loved that the recipe made extra sauce for dipping. So good! I used skinless, boneless chicken thighs. We get them in our Trulocal farm meats subscription box each month and I can’t even get over the difference in taste. If you are in Canada and you want to try it out as well, use my code LAURA1611 for a discount off your first box. Let me know if you give this recipe a try and what you think of it.
