Hi friends! Anyone else excited it’s a brand new month? Gosh we are that much closer to spring, yay! Although it snowed almost all day yesterday but I’m just going to ignore that.
I’ve been experimenting with different types of smoothies lately. Usually I’m all about my green smoothie that I have almost everyday. It’s delicious and the recipe is HERE on my blog if you’d like it. I mean look how beautiful it is!
This one that I made last week wasn’t nearly quite as pretty but it sure did taste good. In fact it tasted a lot like a Wendy’s frosty to me but without all the sugar of course.
I was wanting a smoothie with a little less carbs and more protein. This chocolate smoothie did the trick! Just add all the ingredients to a blender and enjoy!
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup avocado (this will make it nice and creamy)
about 4 or 5 ice cubes
Definitely making another one today! Let me know if you try it.

Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
