Hi friends! Here we are at another week. We made it through last week and starting today we are allowed to have outdoor visits again (6 feet apart and with masks). Yay! Think I can do it at -20C (-4F)? Maybe with a toasty fire to keep us warm.
I have to show you the dinner my hubby made on the weekend. My hubby is a great cook and he prefers to just wing it. No recipes for him. He made us this yummy gluten-free stirfry and as you can see he made a ton of it!
I didn’t have this on the menu plan but that’s the beauty of a menu planning. You can easily switch it up and adapt it if plans change. And I’m always happy when I don’t have to cook, whoot!

I have four spaghetti squash left over from the harvest and I need to use them up soon. I’m really amazed at how well they stored this year – I started out with more than 20! Your slow cooker recipe using this wonderful squash sounds good and I think I will give it a try. Have a great week!
