Hey there, happy Monday y’all. I spent yesterday organizing and trying to find space for all the stuff my middle son (21) brought home with him. He’s moving back home for a little while and there were SO many boxes. We don’t live in a huge house so it was a bit tricky finding room for it all but we did it. Plus I really had to coach him on parting with a few things. I just love a good organizing challenge!!
And since we got some snow on the weekend, I went ahead and did all of my winter decorating. I don’t decorate for Christmas, instead I decorate for winter and leave it up for the next six months. I’ll just add our tree at the beginning of December. Basically it’s all natural elements, twinkly lights and battery operated candles. I love how cozy it feels!
Here’s hoping for a delicious week! This is what we’ll be eating for dinner.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Sheet Pan Pork Chops and Beans
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Garlic Herb Pot Roast served with mashed potatoes
Wednesday: Spicy Honey Lime Chicken Thighs served with rice
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me Crab Cakes
Saturday: Creamy Roasted Vegetable Soup
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
