Hi everyone, how are you? Let me start by saying I hope those of you in the US have a wonderful Thanksgiving this week. I know it’s going to look different this year but I hope you are able to make the most of it despite everything going on.

We celebrated my youngest son’s birthday yesterday. He turned 15 years old. I can hardly believe it. His love language is food and he was very specific about what he wanted to eat all day. Breakfast consisted of croissants, poached eggs and bacon, lunch was a Subway sub and dinner was Panago pizza which is a real treat to him because we always make our own. And all of it of course on the special birthday plate. He was a very happy boy!
