Hi friends! Well I had to do it, I had to switch over to a fall MPM banner since it feels so much like fall here already. I don’t like it one bit but since I can’t stop it I guess I’d better get use to the idea and quick. I hope you all had a stress-free weekend and are setting yourself up for a stress-free week as well. One of the best ways to do that is to get your menu plan done! Especially if you have kids going back to school. My son starts Grade 10 on Wednesday and I think we are as prepared as we are going to be. Praying everything goes well for all the kiddos and teachers going back during these stressful times.
If you want a super easy meal to make, I’m highly recommending this Big Mac Salad. So, so good! I could eat this everyday. Lettuce, burger, tomatoes, pickles, bacon and fresh dill with a mustard/pickle sauce. Easy and delicious is my favorite combo, yum!
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Simple Oven Roasted Chicken Thighs served with tossed salad
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Cranberry Orange Pork Tenderloin served with mashed potatoes
Wednesday: Paleo Zucchini Carbonara
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me Baked French Fries 🙂
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
