Hi friends! I completely forgot this weekend was a long one with a holiday today. So because of that I’ll keep this short and sweet and get back to spending time on my deck reading a book and playing games with my family. I love it out there and we are finally getting some beautiful summer weather. Yay!
All this nice weather is doing amazing things for my husband’s garden too. Check out his lettuce trees! That’s one huge stalk. Crazy right? But it’s actually super yummy so I’m all for that. We are eating a lot of salads these days that’s for sure.
THE GIFT OF A MEAL:

My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Dairy-Free Spaghetti Squash Chicken Alfredo
Tuesday: Paleo Taco Salad with Quick Homemade Salsa
Wednesday: Honey Mustard Slow Cooker Pork Roast served with potatoes and broccoli
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me Paleo Pizza Egg Cups
Saturday: Peach Bacon Salad with Honey Lemon Vinaigrette
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
