Hi friends! I hope you all enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing sunny weekend. I love summer so much, it really makes me so happy. We got sporadic pockets of sunshine this past weekend in between rain showers. I made the most of it on Friday night with another Paleo Margarita. Sweetened with honey and not sugar and still terrific even if you want to make it a virgin. If you haven’t tried these yet, what are you waiting for? They are so yummy and fun and they just scream summer to me. An actual Margarita glass is not mandatory but gosh it sure makes it feel so fancy 🙂
This week I made the cookies and oh my were they ever delicious. Well actually my son made the cookies for me because these cookie mixes make them so easy to whip up. Just add two ingredients to the mix. That’s it. And did I say delicious? I ate four cookies while they were still warm from the oven. Such a treat for me! Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. So thankful for this company, what a blessing! And no this is not sponsored at all.

Monday: Slow Cooker Sesame Lime Ginger Pork Tenderloin with potatoes and carrots
Wednesday: Chicken Tortellini Alfredo
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me a Stellar Eats Pizza Crust
Saturday: Paleo Burgers
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
