Hi everyone. We are finally getting some nice summer weather above 23 degree. So we are grilling all the things over here, yay! I love using the grill in the summer because my husband does all the grilling. Not going to complain about that one bit! And of course my hubby doesn’t mind so it’s really a win win all around. We actually bought a new BBQ this year and at the same time my husband purchased a rotisserie attachment for it. We tried it out for the first time this past weekend with a farm fresh chicken and oh my was it ever good. It took an hour and a half to cook but it was so worth the wait that is for sure. Look at all this deliciousness. Yum!
I hope you all are enjoying some slow relaxing summer days where you are. We still are staying home for the most part and laying low and just trying to make the most of the situation. Even though most stores are now open here, I’m still only going out early on Monday mornings to get my groceries for the week. Pretty much everything else I’m ordering online. How about you?
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Grilled sausages with Grilled Potato Packets in Foil
Tuesday: Grilled Steak with Summer Veggies
Wednesday: Paleo Turkey Burgers with Guacamole served with Lettuce Salad with Tomato and Cucumber
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me Perfect Scrambled Eggs with Herbs
Saturday: One Skillet Caprese Chicken served with asparagus
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!

Thank you for still doing your blog and keeping the Menu Planning archives up.
I used to enjoy reading the menu plans on your site and those that would link to it.
Sadly, a lot of the blogs are now defunct as everyone has moved to social media.
I’m trying to leave Facebook and Twitter and go back to older styles of internet interactivity.
So Discord is now my social media of choice (as it’s less invasive) and I’m digging up some old blogs and looking for ones I’ve lost in the Wayback Machine.
Thanks again.
Time for me to go and get some cooking ideas.
🙂
