Hi friends! How are you all? Did you get a chance to come over and see the new blog design on my site? Please let me know what you think of it.
This weekend was a momentous occasion for us as we traded in our mini van and bought a “new to us” SUV. I’ve driven a mini van for over 20 years and this last one we had for 8 years. I loved my mini van (especially all the storage it had!) and was so sad to let it go. But with only one kid left at home it just felt like it was time to downsize. Anyway I’ll talk more about all this later when I share a post about how I organized my new vehicle. I had to get creative!
I’ve been dreaming of my Homemade Skinny Frappuccinos lately. Gosh were they ever good. I can’t have this recipe now obviously because of the diet I follow but I think I’ll work on coming up with a Paleo version to try.
I’ve got a Big Mac Casserole on the menu this week. I bought this special sauce specifically for it. Can’t wait to try it!
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Steak Burrito Bowls
Tuesday: Breakfast for dinner: Breakfast Hashbrown Casserole
Wednesday: Big Mac Casserole
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me Avocado Tuna Salad
Saturday: BBQ Rotisserie Chicken served with baked potatoes and raw veggies
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
