Hi friends! I had such a busy last week. My husband had the last week and a half off and we were busy doing all sorts of projects around the house. And by we I mean my husband, ha! I was there for moral support though so that counts right? I had another special project of my own I was working on. If you are reading this in email, come on over to the site for a sneak peek. We are still working out the kinks, including finding out where the comments went. Please be patient.
Recipe Highlight:
Recently I found a recipe for Bread Machine Paleo Bread. I was intrigued by it because it’s the first time I’ve ever seen a Paleo bread machine recipe of any kind. But I didn’t have high hopes about it turning out since you all know my baking track record. And even as it was baking it didn’t look right to me, it looked too moist. But I left it alone to do it’s thing and was shocked when it actually worked out! It’s a smaller loaf but it sliced really nicely and tasted delicious. What a treat!
