Hi friends! How are you this fantastic Monday? I’m pretty excited because my birthday week is finally here, yay! I’ve got two of my three kids home to celebrate with me. We don’t have any big plans this year or anything but that’s okay with me. I’m just happy to hang out and chill with the people I love.
And if I get to hang out and relax on my cozy deck I’ll be one happy girl. What’s not to love about birthdays?!

My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Spaghetti sauce with meat sauce
Tuesday: Honey Dijon Chicken Thighs served with rice and broccoli
Wednesday: My birthday! Ordering in supper cause this lady ain’t cooking!
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Saturday: Slow Cooker Bacon Garlic Pork Loin served with mashed potatoes and grilled veggies
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
