Hi there menu planning friends. I hope you all had a great weekend. Happy belated Mother’s Day to you. I had a nice relaxing day yesterday. My son made me a delicious breakfast in bed with ingredients from a local farm. Eggs, sausage AND bacon, yum!! And he even pulled out the special plate so that was fun. And yep I ate all of it and I was so full! 🙂
I had phone calls from both my big kids as well yesterday so that made me so happy to talk to them.
Are you still menu planning through all this craziness? Are you more motivated or less motivated now to do it? It certainly makes it easier to be prepared for the grocery store since multiple trips a week isn’t advised right now. So to avoid that a menu plan and detailed grocery list is a must. I’ve got a free editable menu planner and shopping list that I’ll be sharing with you later this week so watch for that coming up soon. Yay!
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Turkey Pesto Panini for my boys and a spinach salad for me
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Gluten-free Shredded Chicken Sandwiches
Wednesday: Paleo Slow Cooker Pot Roast with potatoes and carrots
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me Pizza Frittata
Saturday: Burger Salad with Special Sauce Dressing
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Also making for lunches: Easy Paleo Apple Muffins
