Hi friends! It’s time for another Menu Plan Monday where I try real hard to get you to prepare a menu for the week. It really will change your life!

I had a basketball filled weekend in the city which meant I had a chance to go to Costco. The closest Costco to us is two hours away. It was a very exciting trip because Costco now carries these delicious Paleo crackers that I love for a FRACTION of the price I was paying for them online. I almost started crying right there in the Costco aisle it was that emotional for me. When you follow a strict diet for health reasons, it’s always great to have some staples on hand that are ready to eat. I love Costco!

Kids Cook Real Food eCourse

I’m excited to tell you that enrollment has once again opened for the Kids Cook Real Food eCourse. As you know I strongly believe that all kids should be taught how to cook so they can help out in the kitchen. Since everyone eats the food, everyone should help prepare it. I taught all my kids how to cook and they were able to take on the job of preparing entire meals by themselves when they were in their teens. It is a beautiful thing! I wrote a whole blog post about it HERE.

The Kids Cook Real Food eCourse was designed for busy families like yours, with all the skills needed to cook any basic recipe, planned out in a connected, comprehensive way. Not only will you have a clear direction and a cheerleader in your corner, but you’ll feel confident that your kids will remember safe techniques using our fun memory tools.

There are 3 different levels to this course where kids will learn over 30 basic age-appropriate skills. There are more than 45 videos included and 250 pages of material. In addition, you’ll receive a recipe eBooklet with kid-friendly recipes, written just for kids. The VIP level has additional bonuses, like a hospitality class, extension recipe eBooklet, exclusive Facebook group for support, full-length recipe eBooks and more.

Enrollment closes on March 16th so don’t wait to enroll. All the details can be found right HERE.

Another delicious (savory and salty) gluten free cracker that I find in Chicago-area Costco stores is RW Garcia’s Sweet Potato crackers.

They are expensive, but oh so satisfying. It’s a bit of corn tortilla chip with sweetness from the potato (and not as brittle/hard as tortilla chips).
