Hi friends! Well Christmas is over, the new year is here, my older kids are back to university and my youngest goes back to high school tomorrow. It all went by way too fast and I’m so sad the holidays are officially over. I miss having all my kids under one roof and all the laughter that comes with it. I will definitely miss sitting around watching Hallmark Christmas movie after Hallmark Christmas movie (34 this season!). So yep this was basically me the whole season long 🙂
Although we did get out cross-country skiing a number of times so I wasn’t a total sloth, ha! The weather was absolutely gorgeous for it.
A couple of days ago I shared my 2020 free printable monthly calendars. They would work well for menu planning as well so be sure to go grab them for yourself.
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week. I hope you’ll join me in menu planning in 2020. Remember to keep it simple so you can get in and out of the kitchen fast with less stress!
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Slow Cooker Bacon Garlic Pork Tenderloin served with tossed salad
Tuesday: Maple Garlic Glazed Chicken served with roasted potatoes and carrots
Wednesday: Mongolian Ground Beef served over rice and with broccoli
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Pizza
Saturday: Warm Spinach Salad with Bacon
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
